Protection of Vulnerable People

For the majority, gambling is an interesting and varied form of recreational activity. While most people play for fun and within their financial limits, the pathological gambler is under constant pressure to gamble. This behaviour most often leads to financial and family problems.

To reduce your own personal risk, it is important to be aware of this potential danger and to take the following into consideration: Help for players:
Deposit limits

As part of OAS's responsible gaming policy, you can set your own weekly deposit and stake limits to help protect you from spending more than you can afford. Decreasing your limits can be done online at any time with immediate effect. If you want to increase your limits this can be done a minimum of 24 hours after you make the request. For limit increases contact our customer service team on responsiblegaming@championsbet.net.

Self exclusion

If you feel that you need some time out or may be developing a gambling problem you can choose to self exclude. This means that we will return your existing funds and freeze your account for a minimum of six months. After the agreed period youll need to get in touch with us to re-activate your account. If youd like to discuss self exclusion our customer service team will take you through it step by step so please email responsiblegaming@championsbet.net.

Cooling off period

This is a shorter option than self exclusion but may still help you by taking some time out. A cooling off period can be between 24 hours and 7 days during which time we will deactivate your account. To arrange a cooling off period contact our customer service team on responsiblegaming@championsbet.net.
